Another great Kushman Event
We turned out some great Fall dishes...
from Beet Cured Salmon to
Roasted Barbecued Trumpet Mushrooms
on Brioche with Live Cress
a Pumkin Risotto with Rock Shrimp & Pancetta Bacon
 and finished up with Braised Shortrib with
Rainbow Chard & Creamy Parmesan Polenta
