Grilled pancetta prawns with Lemon aioli

These are one of my favorite summer grilled products. We made them last night for a party. Super easy to make! 
1.Marinate the prawns in olive oil and salt/pepper 
2.Then take a fresh basil leaf and wrap it around the prawn then wrap a thin slice of pancetta bacon around as well. 
3.Finally you are ready for grilling! (Grill until bacon is golden brown) 
4.Serve with lemon aioli

Dinner special for bistro 33 EDH, Davis, 33rd street on Saturday night



JalapeƱo kettle chip crusted chicken tenders


Process chips in food processor, grind to medium grind. 

Season chicken tenders with creole seasoning 
Then bread with flour egg wash potato chip Panko bread crumbs. (Panko chip 50/50 mix) 
Finished product ready for frying or baking. Home use bake for 8min at 375 until golden brown.  
Serve with avocado cream and fresh lime.
